WHAT IS 'MY ACCOUNT' ?

‘My Account’ is a one stop for all the information related to your order(s). It gives you the complete control to do the following:

  • Edit your personal information like name, address, etc

  • Change password

  • Track your order

  • Review your credits/wallet.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED ?

Once your payment is authorized and your order is completed, you will receive an email from oftindia@gmail.com confirming the order placement. You would be provided with the order number, details of the order and the amount you have paid.

DO YOU TAKE ORDERS OVER THE PHONE ?

No. We do not take orders over the phone. Customers would have to place the order themselves by logging on the website. However, you can email the customer care support for any difficulties faced by you.

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE CURRENT STATUS OF MY ORDERS ?

Click on ‘My Orders’ in the ‘My Account’ to get the complete details of your order including the current status.

 

I HAVE ALREADY PLACED MY ORDER. CAN I ADD MORE ITEMS TO THE SAME ?

No. Once the order is placed, you won’t be able to add more items in it. You will have to place another order to shop again.

 

HOW DOES THE DELIVERY PROCESS WORK ?

Oft India uses a reputed logistics service provider to deliver products to your door steps. Once your order is placed, one of our logistic partners would pick the product from us and deliver it to you.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER ?

Once your order is placed, Oft India assigns your order to one of our courier partners. You can send us a message on Instagram (oft.india) or mail us at oftindia@gmail.com to get the tracking number and link for your order.

CAN I REFUND/RETURN MY ORDER?

No,we do not take returns for orders. However, you can exchange the size of the product within 10 days after delivery of the order.
